Selecting the right site is one of the most important decisions in a cohousing project. This workshop covers key factors including affordability, zoning, access to services, environmental considerations, and development potential. Participants will learn how site conditions influence feasibility, design, and community life, and leave with the knowledge needed to evaluate opportunities and contribute confidently to group decision-making. 

Plan to stay after for informal networking, a light lunch will be offered.
