This introductory workshop will provide a broad overview of the cohousing model, including its core principles, benefits, and how it differs from conventional housing. Participants will explore the key steps involved in creating a cohousing community, from building a shared vision and organizing residents to development, financing, governance, and long-term stewardship.  

The session will also include a guided tour of an established cohousing community, offering a firsthand look at community life in action. 

Plan to stay after for informal networking, a light lunch will be offered.
