Come tour Corvidae Co-Op, a newly completed, developer-led cohousing community that creatively used ADU and DADU opportunities across two adjacent single-family lots. The result is 10 homes in a mix of types, including two-story townhomes, a basement ADU, and a main house with three separate for-sale units, all oriented around shared outdoor space. Developer and architect Leah Martin of Allied 8 will lead the tour, followed by a realtor-focused discussion on marketing homes in cohousing.
